MARIEL O'CONNELL - Associate Producer
Mariel O'Connell currently acts as Associate Producer for Beth Morrison Projects, producing operatic & music-theater works by living composers. She is a graduate of Barnard College, where she studied English, Art History, & European History. Though out of school, she continues to study the lives & works of influential women in all different fields. Before joining BMP, Mariel worked for the Office of Renée Fleming, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the Mostly Mozart Festival, & the Metropolitan Opera.

SARAH D. REYNOLDS is a New York-based producer, director, & manager. Off-Broadway: Comfort Women (Peter Jay Sharp Theater), Night Witches (Phase II, Dixon Place); Regional: southwest tour of Záskok, or "The Stand In" (Roberts translation, American Premiere), Genesis 22 (Governor's Island Residency), Love is a Racquet (Regional Premiere), The Tempest, Les Miserables, Seminar, Prelude to Thirty-Five. In addition to productions & new work development, Sarah has worked with off-Broadway production company Tilted Windmills Theatricals (PUFFS, The Magnificent Revengers) and the literary department of Samuel French Inc. Education: New York University (MA), Austin College (BA).

MAX SKLAR - Dramaturg
Max Sklar is an actor & dramaturge from Salem, MA. He received his BA from McGill University. His most recent theatrical work includes The Duke in Measure for Measure, Kipps in The Woman in Black, Cry Innocent! The People versus Bridget Bishop with History Alive, the storyteller in Othello in the Seraglio with Dünya, a musicians collective, & La Storia di Colapesce with Trinacria Theatre Company for which he was also the dramaturge. He also works as a guide for Cambridge Historical Tours, & as an actor and guide at the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum.

CAPT. GENE KRITTER - Set Engineer
Gene Kritter grew up in the suburbs, but was always intrigued by rural living. After studying Biology in college while building houses as “Intergalactic Construction”, (big name, small company), he moved from carpenter to builder, from sailor to skydiver, & through a stroke of fate, met his future wife in free-fall. She enticed him to take pilot lessons reasoning, "You could fly us all over!". Gene flies 1000 hours annually, & spends the rest of his time with his amazing family. Gene is the owner of Kritter Cropdusting Inc. The Night Witches affectionately refer to him as “The Captain”.

LYNNE KRITTER - Mother Hen
Lynne Kritter is the definition of resilient, thrill-seeking, generous, hilarious & brave. A woman who lives by the motto, “Work Hard, Play Hard”, Lynne Kritter hosted the Night Witches during their Phase 1 Artistic Residency. A mother to many, she makes a point of creating opportunities for young women. Lynne Kritter is the Manager of Ground Rush Farm.

JOEY GIALLOMBARDO - Original Score
Joseph Giallombardo was born & raised in Chicago, IL. He grew up in an a-capella household, where he became well versed in music theory, multiple instruments, composition, & sound design. As a DJ, he enjoys synthesizing both new & old, classical & modern to create inspired/dynamic music. He writes for stage performance, and plans to write soundtracks for films. He also works as a National-level gymnastic coach.

is a Dominican-born actor, voice artist, musician & audiovisual producer. Sound design credits include: Blackbird (Proa Productions); Memorias de Abril (Artedra Productions); Los Recién Cansados (Alta Escena Productions); Oleanna (Teatro Organico); Bolo Francisco (National Theater Company, DR); Venus in Fur (Proa Productions); Manos Quietas (Alta Escena); Dos Mendigos, Un Muñeco y Toda Una Ciudad (Producciones Flor); El Método Grönholm (Proa Productions); Las Señoritas de Avignon (Producciones Flor); Ojalá Hoy Fuera Ayer (Franklin Dominguez Presenta); Taverna de los Cuatro Vientos (Producciones Flor); La Posadera (National Theater Company, DR). Current Member of the National Theater Company in the Dominican Republic.

Tom Delaney is an award-winning Senior-level Designer, Project Creative Director, & Educator. Focusing on branding, corporate identities, & packaging design - ranging from domestic to international industry clientele. Tom has worked as a Senior Designer with: pi global, S2 Design Group, jones knowles ritcihe, Stag&Hare, Beardwood&Co.
